A quick review on thinkhost support and customer service, obviously they are something missing. I only managed to find their e-mail support, where you can contact technical support sales or billing department. However, there is no phone support provided, there is no toll-free number either. Not to mention, there is no live chat technical support a well.
Bottomline is that thinkhost support can only be reached through e-mail.
